| Understanding Abuse This session on understanding how the perpetrators of sexual abuse groom and manipulate the children they commit crimes against. Find out how to respond when a disclosure is made to you. Tuesday 29th July 2003. Explore the long-term effects for the victims, while identifying positive support, structured to help individuals recover from their traumatic past. This session is tailored to equip those working in the caring profession with vital information in relation to the issues relevant to adults who live with the experience of sexual abuse.
